At LeaseCruise, your privacy is our priority. We are committed to being transparent about how we handle your data.
Account Information
When you sign up via Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Lease & Vehicle Data
You voluntarily provide vehicle lease details (lease terms, mileage allowance, starting mileage, vehicle make/model), mileage entries, and maintenance logs. This data is required to provide the core functionality of the Service.
Usage Data
We collect anonymized usage analytics (via Google Analytics) to understand how users interact with the Service and to improve our product. This may include pages visited, feature usage, and device information.
We use your information to:
Your data is stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore with strict per-user access controls. Each user can only read, write, and delete their own data. We use Firebase Authentication for identity verification and enforce security rules at the database level.
All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. We implement security headers including Content Security Policy, HSTS, and X-Frame-Options.
We use the following third-party services to provide the Service:
Google Firebase
Authentication, Cloud Firestore, FCM, and Analytics. Data is processed in accordance with the Firebase Terms.
Google Gemini AI
Powers AI predictions. We use paid enterprise-tier API quotas to ensure your data is not used to train underlying AI models. See Terms for details.
Stripe
Handles payment processing. We do not store credit card details; Stripe handles all information securely in compliance with PCI-DSS. See Privacy Policy.
