By accessing or using LeaseCruise ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
LeaseCruise is a vehicle lease management platform that helps you track mileage, monitor lease terms, and receive AI-powered insights about your vehicle lease. The Service includes features for mileage tracking, maintenance logging, lease analytics, and predictive recommendations.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
LeaseCruise offers both free and premium tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
We do not store your credit card or sensitive financial information on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant service provider. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for any billing disputes.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service (mileage entries, lease details, maintenance logs). We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
LeaseCruise uses artificial intelligence to generate predictions, recommendations, and insights. These are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial, legal, or automotive advice. AI predictions are estimates and may not reflect actual outcomes.
LeaseCruise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
